The Client: 
The core competence of the automotive unit of the Georg Fischer Group (GF Automotive) is the casting of high-performance components in iron and light metals for chassis, powertrain and body. With revenues of approximately EUR 1 billion and approximately 6,500 employees, GF Automotive is a long-standing partner of leading vehicle and commercial vehicle manufacturers and has more than 10 production sites in Austria and Germany. 

The Project: 
GF Automotive wanted to improve process quality and lower costs by bundling key parts of its financial accounting, controlling and personnel management in shared service centers (SSC). Management Factory supported the project team at every stage of the process from the situation analysis to implementation. The processes were evaluated for their SSC suitability and uniform processes with clear interface descriptions were defined which served as the basis for implementing two SSCs and training the SSC staff. 

Management Factory optimises corporate business processes in the area of industry-retail-services. Management Factory consultants use uniform business process modelling and are experienced in the practical introduction of business processes.
